About
My core role is to bridge business and IT: understand the process, translate it into digital logic, define tasks and assemble interfaces, integrations and operations into a working system.
My background spans infrastructure, complex information systems, web projects, CRM, messengers, automation and product development. That helps me see not only code or screens, but the whole path: people, data, roles, errors, support and scale.
Working principle
Requests come from different channels, data gets lost between spreadsheets, CRM and messengers, managers do manual work, and the business owner cannot see the whole process.
I design web systems so that interfaces, data, roles, notifications and analytics work together. I do not start with “what website should we build” — I start by understanding how the process actually works.

CRM exists formally, but does not reflect the actual workflow: managers keep parallel spreadsheets, chats and manual reminders.

What I call a result
Data does not get lost between the website, CRM, messengers and internal spreadsheets.
People understand what happens next: who owns the task, where the status is, where the request went and what has already been done.
The owner or manager sees the whole process instead of reconstructing it from chats and assumptions.
The project can grow: new scenarios, integrations and channels can be added without rebuilding everything from scratch.
