Main condition: the team reviews the brief and confirms a suitable paid plan first. Initial setup starts only after the plan's first month is paid. The separate initial setup fee is RUB 0. The offer is valid through 31 December 2026.
Why a launch starts with the job to be done
“We need a bot” does not yet describe a business outcome. One project needs a menu and a request form; another needs appointment slots, a catalogue, an order flow or answers based on company materials. The brief therefore keeps the route within capabilities that can actually be configured in the platform.
