320px / healthcare web project
You Denta: a website that remains useful after launch.
Since 2024, the 320px team has been developing and supporting the clinic's public website, connecting doctors, services, prices, clinical cases, news and request forms into a clear journey for patients and staff.
This page covers only the public parts of the project: the website, its support and a separate AppsMax workflow. Patient medical data and form responses are not used.
The task
A clinic website has to do more than list services. A patient needs to find a doctor and a clear appointment description, see an up-to-date price, understand the next step and submit a request safely. The clinic needs a system that can be updated and verified without rebuilding the whole site.
What works together
Structure and content
Connected sections for doctors, services, prices, clinical cases, news, documents and frequently asked questions.
Request journey
Forms, clear entry points, mobile navigation and further handling without hidden transfer of unnecessary data.
Technical quality
Indexing, metadata, internal links, performance, accessibility, form protection and public system file controls.
Ongoing support
Content and document updates, form checks, backups, diagnostics and small, verifiable releases.
A separate AppsMax workflow
You Denta also has a Telegram bot with an interactive menu and a request form in AppsMax. It complements rather than replaces the website: a visitor can use a convenient entry point, and the team receives a saved technical event for further work.
The public AppsMax case provides the reporting period and aggregate technical figures. A saved form completion is not described as a visit, payment or sale.
What this project demonstrates
- Web development continues after the first version goes live.
- Content, forms, security, SEO and support have to work as one process.
- A website and a messenger can complement each other without mixing data or claims.
- A healthcare website requires especially careful language and user data handling.
