AppsMax Founder
Ayuna Ainyukova
AppsMax founder and product lead.
Ayuna brought her experience in customer work, IT and web interfaces together in AppsMax — a product that grew from real business needs. She leads its concept, requirements, copy, testing, customer success and support.
Professional foundation
Ayuna is a linguist by education and an IT specialist by practice. This combination shaped her approach to product work: listen to how a person describes a need, separate what matters from what does not, and translate the meaning into clear screens, actions and guidance.
Before AppsMax, she worked with customers and support, websites, front-end layout and user materials. This allows her to look at a digital service through the eyes of the customer, the employee who will use it and the person responsible for the result after launch.
At AppsMax, Ayuna leads the path from the original need to a working scenario: what the user does, what data the business receives, who owns the next step and how the product should behave in day-to-day work.
Before development
Discovery, customer journey, requirements, specifications, interface structure and solution boundaries.
Before release
Content, user documentation, manual testing and verification of the scenario and acceptance criteria.
After launch
Customer success, support, feedback analysis and turning repeated questions into product improvements.
Result acceptance
Reviewing the complete scenario through the eyes of the user and the business: whether the actions are clear, the context is preserved and the next step is not lost.
From customer needs to AppsMax
While working with websites, support and digital services for businesses, Ayuna kept seeing the same problem: a customer writes in a messenger, but the request can easily lose its context, owner and clear next step. Those observations led to a product designed to connect a person's action with the team's working process.
Ayuna initiated AppsMax planning in June 2025. The team initially intended to focus on mini apps, but real customer needs also called for workflow bots, customer requests, appointment booking, communications and integrations. Ayuna shaped this product logic and continues to develop it from user feedback.
The first working launch took place on July 20, 2025, followed by the official public release on February 5, 2026. Today the platform supports customer requests, appointment booking, bots, mini apps and communications in MAX and Telegram.
MAX is the current strategic market for AppsMax. Telegram remains a standalone supported channel. Channel capabilities are documented separately and depend on the current rules of each platform.
How Ayuna leads the product
The work starts with a question rather than a feature list: what is the person trying to do, and what result should the business receive? Ayuna examines the original need, removes unnecessary steps, maps the customer journey and defines the solution boundaries.
She then turns the journey into requirements and specifications, prepares interface copy and user documentation, manually tests the scenario and accepts the result from the customer's perspective. If a feature technically works but remains unclear without extra explanation, the work is not finished.
After release, Ayuna leads customer success and support, identifies repeated questions and brings them back into the product as new requirements. AppsMax therefore develops as a sequence of clear actions — a request, a booking, a reply, a status and a next step — rather than a collection of unrelated features.

The AppsMax website brings together platform capabilities, verifiable case studies, the knowledge base and documentation — the public outcome of the product work Ayuna leads.
