320px / manufacturing B2B project

ZPUI: a product catalog and a request as one working journey.

Since 2024, the 320px team has been developing and supporting the manufacturer's website. The catalog, applications, technologies, documents and request forms help a specialist find a relevant solution and pass the task to a manager with useful context.

This page covers the public website and an approved AppsMax workflow. Commercial terms, request contents and internal company data are not published.

The task

In a manufacturing B2B project, a visitor rarely searches for an abstract “product.” They need to match material, purpose, parameters and documents to a practical task, then pass a request to a manager. This makes catalog structure, product pages, forms and technical reliability parts of the same process.

What the working system includes

Catalog and navigation

Products, categories, applications, technologies and related materials are organised around the customer's practical request.

A request with context

The form collects only necessary parameters and moves the request into a working process without unnecessary copying or public data exposure.

Documents and trust

Certificates, manufacturing information and public documents are connected to the relevant sections and checked when updated.

Technical operations

Updates, security, backups, data editing, mobile layout, performance, SEO and form controls are handled as ongoing work.

AppsMax as another entry point

A separate ZPUI Telegram bot uses AppsMax for an initial B2B journey: the menu helps clarify the task, and a completed form is saved for further work. This channel does not replace the catalog and is not presented as an identical scenario in every messenger.

The public case contains aggregate technical figures with a reporting period. A completed form is not described as a contract, order or payment.

What this project demonstrates

  • A B2B catalog should help formulate a practical request, not merely list products.
  • Forms, data, documents and follow-up handling matter as much as the visual design.
  • Support includes security, updates and the quality of the content editing workflow.
  • A messenger adds a convenient entry point but does not replace a complete public website.
