320px / medical web project
RichDent: developing an active clinic website without a full redesign.
The 320px team improves forms, consent flows, analytics, the editorial section, search structure and technical operations while preserving the website's working visual foundation.
The task
A medical website must remain clear to patients, practical for editors and careful when handling requests. Changes must not disrupt existing services, doctor pages, search, analytics or the mobile experience.
What the team implemented
Forms and consent
Form protection, separate consent for requests and newsletters, a clear post-submission page and controls for technical spam.
Editorial workflow
Article archives and categories, tables of contents, reading time, service relationships, sources, moderated comments and a medical review process.
SEO and analytics
Canonical URLs, metadata, Open Graph, schema.org, duplicate redirects, sitemap checks, opt-in analytics and customer-journey verification.
Operations
Technical fixes, security headers, performance work, mobile testing, a maintenance process and controlled releases.
What this project demonstrates
- Technical development can proceed without restarting the entire visual design.
- Medical content requires a real reviewing specialist rather than automatic approval.
- A patient request and a marketing subscription must remain separate user actions.
- SEO, analytics, forms and performance need to be tested as one connected journey.
View the project
Only public website elements and factual technical work are described. Patient data, form responses and internal clinic documents are not used.
